Allserve LLC provides professional services to SaaS companies and technology vendors, including software implementation and deployment, solution architecture, system integration consulting, technical implementation management, and post-implementation support.
Services are performed under a written agreement with each client that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, payment terms, and cancellation terms for that engagement. Where these Terms and a client agreement differ, the client agreement governs.
Fees and payment terms are defined in the client agreement. Allserve invoices for services rendered. Payments are accepted by card and bank transfer. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Either party may cancel an engagement in accordance with the terms of the client agreement. On cancellation, the client is responsible for services performed through the effective date, and any prepaid fees for work not yet performed are refunded. Questions about an invoice should be raised with us in writing.
Work product and deliverables developed for a client belong to that client on the terms set out in the client agreement. Clients are licensed to use the solutions Allserve delivers. Allserve retains ownership of its methodologies, frameworks, templates, tools, and reusable components, which are not transferred to the client unless expressly agreed in writing.
Each party protects the other's non-public information and uses it only to perform the engagement.
Allserve performs services in a professional and workmanlike manner. Any limits on liability are as set out in the client agreement.
